How it works

Kindness noticed. Joy returned.

Our mission is simple: recognize and empower the people who spread joy, kindness and positivity in their communities, without expecting anything in return.

Someone spreads joy

A crossing guard who knows every kid by name. A coach who lifts up the whole team. A neighbor who shows up when it counts.

We look for the people in our community who lift others up quietly, every day, without being asked.

The foundation surprises the people we select with a thoughtful surprise and a note of thanks.

Our story

Built from the heart, funded by our work

Our founders are a husband-and-wife real estate team in North County San Diego. Giving back has been part of their work from the very beginning: they started with their first commission, and they have never stopped.

Share the Joy Foundation is how they keep that promise. A portion of every home sale they close goes directly to the foundation, whether the client was referred or not. Every family they serve helps spark more joy in the community.

Our pledge: a share of every real estate transaction we close goes to Share the Joy Foundation.

We founded Share the Joy Foundation to help spread kindness, love, and meaningful connection in everyday life. It’s something we created straight from the heart.
